1. The First Look

To put it simply rather than waiting to see each other at the alter, it’s where the bride & groom arrange to see each other for the first time on their wedding day before the civil or religious ceremony. Sometimes it’s done in private and sometimes it’s done in the presence of some immediate family or a very small number of very close friends. Either way, we recommend an intimate guitar player and singer  or violin duo playing your song. The photographer (and videographer) are in attendance to capture the occasion and the emotions that go with it. 

2. Ceremony

The wedding ceremony is undoubtedly the most important part of your big day – mainly, of course, because it’s where you exchange your vows and declare your undying love in front of your family and friends, but also because it sets the tone for the rest of the day. Background music, harpist, string quartet, guitarist and pianist are all fantastic ways to make the moment even more unforgettable. 

3. Drinks Reception

Your drinks reception is the perfect chance for guests to relax after the ceremony, catch up with each other and enjoy a couple of drinks and some nice food as they get set to party!  There are so many ways to create a really fun, relaxed atmosphere and make it a memorable few hourswith great entertainment like lawn games, photo-booths, selfie mirrors, magicians, muscians and much more can make it all the more fun too. 

4. Dinner and Speeches

Wether it’s before or after a fantasitc meal. The Toastmaster, Best-man or Father-of-the-bride will get things started. We highly recommend having a Projector, Wireless Microphones, music entertainers, background music, Confetti Poppers to complement the moment. 

5. First Dance

Chosing your first song is such a different expereince for each couple.  Wether it’s a club classic hit for you to rave to or a bluesy number, our combined expereince in booking bands, DJs and entertainers will ensure you have some great ideas to choose from if you are unsure. 

6. Evening Entertainment

Classy or party, it’s entirely up to you. Our expertise in entertainment, prop-hire and event styling will ensure you have your perfect wedding evening.
